Refund Policy
The Denver Coach Federation membership (Full, Affiliate, Student or Virtual) is a non-tangible product; therefore, we do not issue refunds once membership is purchased.
If a guest of a Denver Coach Federation monthly meeting submitted payment for a monthly meeting and had to miss that meeting, that guest may apply his/her meeting fee toward the next month's meeting. (Meeting fees may not be transferred to another guest or member).
Guests who submit a monthly meeting fee and attend that monthly meeting may apply the meeting fee toward their membership fee if they join the Denver Coach Federation within 30 days of that meeting.
Registration payments to workshops or teleclasses will not be refunded within 72 hours of that event.
