Marty Vondrell brings over 18 years of Human Resource leadership and coaching experience diversified in Natural Resources, High Technology, consulting and entrepreneurial ventures. He has managed international teams as VP of Human Resources for the $800 Million North American region and had strategic input at the global level of the $7 Billion international organization.

Marty has a passion for developing people. He has coached and trained employees at all levels of organizations. He has exercised particular skill in developing high potential employees to stretch their skills into new areas of leadership. Colleagues describe him as perceptive, intelligent, intuitive authentic and an excellent listener that is capable of listening on multiple levels. He is known for his skills in communication and giving the difficult feedback to senior management while building up their confidence and enthusiasm for the possibilities.

Marty earned a BS in Finance from the University of Dayton, a masters education in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Marty obtained the SPHR designation from the Society of Human Resource Management Association. He is currently pursuing his coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute. Marty has also attended Wright State University and the University of Michigan.

Reuel Hunt was accountant, manager, and executive in the corporate world—Fortune 50 and 500 companies—for 22 years. He has been a successful coach since 1996. He also has been a successful entrepreneur since leaving the corporate world - starting four companies in the last 18 years. He also took coach training into Microsoft and Boeing; one of his passions, taking the 'coach approach' to corporations and other systems. He served on the DCF board for two years in the past and held other volunteer positions over the life of DCF. He is founder and Executive Director of Coaching Kids, Inc., a non-profit founded in 2001 that takes coaching and coaching skills training to youth and those that work with youth, including in prisons. As treasurer, Reuel will maintain regulatory compliance, reporting and sound accounting and tax policies and procedures for the organization.

Karen McGee, RN, MBA, brings more than 20 years of sales management and leadership experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry to her personal and professional leadership coaching.  While in the corporate setting, she built and developed high performance sales teams in organizations ranging in size from under 100 employees to over 50,000.  She led her teams through turbulent organizational change including the inception of a unique new organization, multiple mergers and reorganizations, and explosive growth while still delivering outstanding sales results.  She enjoys working with newly minted sales managers to help them build and lead collaborative, highly functional teams delivering exceptional results.  Karen also coaches women, primarily in their 50s, who are dealing with loss and transitions so they're able to move strongly forward in their lives with confidence and joy. She is a graduate of the Newfield Network Certified Coach Training Program and a member of the Newfield Network Ambassador Corps.

Before getting her coaching certification, Levya obtained her BSW and Masters in Systems Management. Her work experience includes owning a veterinary hospital and a marketing business; she also has worked in the corporate world and the non-profit sector. Another passion, which she has done for over 14 years, is teaching classes on self-development topics including relationship, self-care, Improv and visioning.

Tom has been coaching and facilitating personal transformation for individuals and organizations for over fifteen years, including facilitating large scale change visioning processes for social-profit organizations. His passions are facilitating personal growth and transformation work, seeking healthful and sustainable ways of being and ballroom dancing. One of his great strengths is his ability to feel and express emotions, which allows him to hold a safe and non-shaming presence in the midst of powerful emotions and conflict, and his intuition which fosters profound insight in his coaching and facilitation. He has regularly been sought out for conflict resolution and offers training and coaching around conflict and effective communications.

He has served on numerous boards and committees, including service to The ManKind Project (MKP; a social profit organization) in many capacities, The Interfaith Justice and Peace Council of Toledo (IJPC) where he chaired the First Annual Peace Festival and enrolled Marianne Williamson as guest speaker, and has served on The Rape Crisis Hotline for the Toledo YWCA. He has served as an Army Officer (Ohio Army National Guard, Platoon Leader, 3rd Plt/Co A/612th En Bn/16th En Bgd), a Teamsters Union Steward, a Middle School Teacher and was the owner of a residential remodeling company, Sacred Spaces Home Services.

Judy Sabah turned an inherent love for people into a dynamic life long career. She has been coaching since 1994 and earned the Master Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation in 1999.  

A 1996 graduate of Coach U, in 2000, she received the Professional Mentor Coach designation. Currently she serves as an ICF Assessor. In this role, paired with another assessor she facilitates the exam process for credential applicants.  

She is the first Chapter Host and cofounder of the Denver Coach Federation as well as a cofounder and past president, 1993/94, of NSA/Colorado. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation and National Speakers Association.  

In 1999, Judy was the recipient of the Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Award, given by the Colorado/Wyoming District 26. The purpose of this award is to honor an individual who has given outstanding service to her Community, State and Industry through Communication and Leadership.  

Judy was awarded a Lifetime Membership by the NSA/Colorado Chapter in 2000 for her outstanding service, dedication and support to the organization.

Barbara Flood, MSW, Ph.D., is a Professional and Executive Life Coach certified by Coach Training Alliance. Her Ph.D. is in Psychology with an emphasis on Systems Theory and Communication. She is a member of the International Coach Federation; the Denver Coach Federation. Her master's degree is in Social Work with an emphasis on Administration and Clinical Social Work. She presently manages half the United States for an International Foundation that focuses on education and philanthropic work. Dr. Flood also facilitates group processes and conducts trainings to assist people in coaching and faciliating others.

Dr. Flood's coaching approach focuses on supporting managers and executives in developing their full potential as work place leaders and in discovering personal fulfillment in their careers. Her clients report significant breakthroughs in about 16-21 sessions. She creates a safe and comfortable environment for clients to explore their strengths and issues so that they can co-create a coaching program to achieve their goals.

She is the author of "Illumination," which includes essays in personal growth and development.
